The seating conventions here are the same; Seat 1 is always closest to the higher section number.  So, if you’re looking at seats in Section 128, which seat number would you pay more for, Seat 3 or Seat 13? The answer is likely Seat 13 since it would put you 35 feet closer to the stage.

Helpful hint #3:  If you’re willing to spend up and like to sit on the floor, keep in mind that Seat 1 in Sections A, C, D & F is always closer to the center aisle, with the higher seat numbers moving toward the row’s outer edge. But if you are bringing children to the floor levels, be careful. You are not allowed to hold your child to give them a better view of the action, and because the floor is flat, they won’t be able to see!

Helpful hint #4:  Dollar for dollar, the Bud Light Goal Bar is the best section to see a concert from at the Prudential Center.  The Goal Bar is located in Sections 23-28 (not shown on the map) and is situated neatly above Sections 1-4 and below Sections 101-106.  There are only three rows (A, B, C) in the Goal bar, which features a full bar, padded seats, a separate bathroom area, and direct sightlines to the stage. These tickets are very pricey for Devils games, but you can most often find great deals for these seats on TickPick for concerts and family shows.

Seat Number Information at Prudential Center

With as many as 20 seats per row at the Prudential Center, the correct seat numbers can put you up to 70 feet closer to the action.  Ticket sellers often underestimate the value of their seat numbers, so being armed with the correct information before purchase can help you find great deals on the best seats.  The main thing to remember here is that Seat 1 is always closest to the higher section number.

Helpful hint #1:  If you’re lucky enough to get tickets in the lower bowl, be wary about paying extra money for lower rows.  If you aren’t against the glass, you are better off sitting in Row 13 or higher. Until about row 13, find your sight lines constantly weaving in and out of the glass with near-side corners of the ice out of sight altogether.

Helpful hint #2: The Devils shoot twice toward Sections 1 and 2.  So if you’re in the New Jersey Devils Army or from Philly looking to heckle the goalie, keep that in mind.

Suppose you are looking at “center ice” club seats with access to the Fire & Ice Lounges (Sections 7, 8, 9, 18, 19, 20).  Based on the information I just provided, would you be willing to pay more to sit in Section 18, Row 15, Seat 1, or Seat 20? Both are aisle seats, but one is located between the blue lines, and the other is approximately 70 feet closer to the Goal.  The answer is Seat 1.  The same applies to the 100s and 200s levels.  Seat 1 in Section 109 is practically on the face-off spot, while a higher seat number can put you behind the goal.

Club and Premium Seating at Prudential Center

The Prudential Center offers fans plenty of opportunities to enjoy premium seating, which we’ve outlined in detail below:

  • The Restaurant Ledge is an excellent choice for those seeking to impress their guests. While the views may not be as impressive as some of the other premium options, guests will have ample space to move around and won’t have to wait in lines for the dining areas or pre-game buffet.
  • The Goal Bar is ideal for fans who want to gather as a group. It offers access to a full bar, private concessions, and a lounge, providing excellent seating behind the next level on the second floor of the arena.
  • Club Seats, located between sections 8 and 19, rows GL1-5 in sections 7 and 9, and GL 1-8 in sections 18-20, offer access to renovated clubs adjacent to the lower bowl. These clubs have a full-service bar, multiple TVs, and an all-inclusive buffet.

Handicapped & ADA Seating at Prudential Center

For those who are confined to a wheelchair and/or those looking to attend a game at Prudential Center with somebody who is, there is some important information that you’ll want to know. If you’re seeking ADA or handicapped seating, you’ll find accessible rows at the top of most sections within the venue that are spread throughout.

If necessary, folding chairs will be provided for guests, such as those who wish to sit with a fan confined to a wheelchair. One trick to filter tickets that are handicapped or ADA accessible is to use our “Additional filters +” button on the event page. This button allows you to select “ADA (wheelchair accessible),” which shows all seats that the seller has marked as handicapped seating.

      Hi Annie,

It’s possible that that could change depending on the type of event you’d be attending We’d recommend contacting the venue’s box office directly in order to see what their policies are regarding this.

  4. is Section 6 Row 9 Seat 19 any better?

  5. Hey, we are looking at tickets for the Selena Gomez concerts at the Prudential center. They are tickets for GA/pit. I was wondering if you would have to stand or are there still seats so you can sit down sometime? Also, I’ve read that people in the pit area, as close as they were, the only downside was when the artist would walk up front of the stage(im not sure where)they would only see their back most of the time. Is it true? Where is a good area to be in the pit to possibly aviod that?

Hi Ruby – The pit is standing room only, so you won’t be able to sit. There are no assigned seats so where you are located will depend on what time you get into the venue. If you want to have seats I would advise buying tickets in sections 9-10 or 17-18.

Hello I am going to a concert for Kcon 2016 and I was wondering if Section 6 Row 20 Seats 7-9 are good seats. I am from San Diego, traveling to New Jersey for Kcon, so I was wondering if I got good seats? Thank you

      Hi Angela,

Those tickets should be absolutely fine with a solid view of the stage. They aren’t too high up and are on the lower bowl level so you should have a great time!

  7. Are there seats in the rows marked WC? Would like to see a concert and some reasonably priced tix are offered in Sec 112. We don’t have or need wheel chairs will that be a problem?

Any rows marked WC are generally ones that will be able to accommodate those who need room for their wheelchair, however, if tickets are listed on a secondary marketplace, you can rest assured that you will have your own seat that would usually be a padded folding chair that would allow you to sit there. You don’t necessarily need to be disabled to purchase seats in WC rows, they’re just available to accommodate those that need them in case.

Hi all! Looking into Jeff Dunham tickets for my husband. Thinking about going with section 17 row 1 or row 4. Is row 1 set up slightly higher than the floor seats? I wanted section 18 but the only seats left are in row 15.

  10. I want to go get Exo Concert tickets but I don’t know which seats are closest to the performer, can someone help me out

Hi Famina, the Ringling Brothers will be likely be doing most of their performing towards the middle of the floor (which has been marked as the “Performance Area”), so if you were looking to get the best seats, we’d recommend looking at the lower level sections between 6 and 10, as well as 17 through 21 on the other side. If not one of those lower sections, the sections right above those ones mentioned in the Mezzanine level would probably be suitable as well!

  12. What section is the best for Ringling Brothers? This is my first time and I want my 3 1/2 year old son to enjoy it

Hi there! I see everyone is talking about sections by number, but I am going to buy tickets for the KCON 2015 for our daughter, and I only sections 1-7 and then it skips to 20-22. I’m confused. Want seated seats but a close view of the entire stage for her. This is her first concert. Help?

    1. Jack Slingland Avatar
      Jack Slingland

Hi Michelle – The seating configuration has not yet been determined for the event, but a safe bet would be that sections 6-8 and 19-21 would be good options.

  18. I meant do they face the ring or walkway?

    1. Jack Slingland Avatar
      Jack Slingland

JT – Not totally sure but I would imagine they face the ring.

  19. In WWE shows, When you sit in sections a and c (walkway from stage to ring) do the rows face the rinn of the walkway? Example row 2

    1. I meant do they face the ring or walkway

  20. Wwe prudential which seats are best for a toddler section c row 2 seats 5-7 or section g row 4 seats 5-7

Hi – It’s going to be tough for a small child to see on the floor since there is no elevation, but in this case row 2 would be preferable.

      1. Thank you!
