What Does Seating Look Like at Red Rocks?

This photo was taken from the top of the bleachers. There isn’t much separation throughout the bleachers, especially for shows with minimal reserved seating.

Typically, the first 40-50 rows at Red Rocks are Reserved, meaning your ticket guarantees a specific row and seat number. Rows 51 and beyond are General Admission, where specific seats aren’t assigned.

Another common setup features rows 3-25 as General Admission, rows 26-60 as Reserved, with the back rows returning to General Admission (like Phoebe Bridgers’ setup shown above). Rows one and two usually remain Reserved. Some events feature full Reserved seating, while others are entirely General Admission. For General Admission shows, arriving early is advised for securing better spots.

When Should I Show Up for an Event at Red Rocks?

ADA Seating at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Wheelchair users and guests needing accessible accommodations should note that ADA seating is located at the top of the bleachers in row 70. This section offers easy access and is physically separated from the main bleachers. Folding chairs are available on request for companions.

Five main paid parking areas surround the venue: Upper North Lot, Lower North Lot, Upper South Lot, Lower South Lot 1, and Lower South Lot 2.

Where would seats be located if I bought them in reserved 1 section or reserved 3 section? Is reserved 1 the closest to the stage and reserved 3 farthest from the stage? Any help would be appreciated thank you
